1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain items such as clearance items, custom parts, or items marked as “non-returnable” may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
  • The item you wish to exchange must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
